Often times, a Seller needs to purchase a new home before or after they sell their existing home. And they usually want to investigate their buying options prior to putting their home on the market. As you can see from our website, we have many novel techniques to assist you on the purchase of your next home. Often times BECAUSE OF the way we may find your next home (potentially Off-market) it could actually make your current home to future home transition even smoother.

There is something VERY important worth mentioning…When we are hired to represent a home Seller, we have a different set of unique techniques for MAXIMIZING the sale price for our Seller clients since that is our duty to any Seller who has hired us.   We do NOT typically sell our regular home listings to our buyer clients as that would be a conflict of interest (namely, our Seller clients are looking for the highest price possible, while our buyer clients are looking for the lowest price possible). The examples on this website of our Buyer clients purchasing homes at significant discounts involve us representing ONLY the Buyer and NOT the Seller on those transactions. That is a very important distinction to mention.  Any Listing Agent who would sell one of their own listings (where they are representing the Seller) to a Buyer at a discount is doing their Seller a tremendous disservice.
